  • What is Shawarma?

Shawarma is a popular fast food in the mediterranean region. It’s made of thinly sliced chicken or beef, marinated, then hand stacked like a tower, and shaped as a cone. This cone will rotate slowly in front of an upright grill until golden The chicken or beef is then shaved into thin slices, and incorporated into wraps or bowls with special toppings and sauces.

 

  •  How is Shawarma different than Gyro?

Shawarma is stacked layers of marinated meats, vs Gyro is minced. The spices and the toppings also give Shawarma and Gyro different flavors.

 

  •  What are your differentiators?

All Natural Chicken, Premium beef, authentic hummus and falafel, handmade pastries homemade sauces, fresh made salads and soup.

Tahini and Red chili are vegan, the other sauces are mayo base and contain eggs.

Yes, we have the shawarma Melt kids meal, however most kids enjoy splitting a shawarma with their parents or siblings. Our platers are a great option for 2 kids to share.
